Brace yourself, bookworms! Independent Bookstore Day is a one-day national party that takes place at indie bookstores across the country on the last Saturday in April. Every store is unique and independent, and every party is different. The Three Bells version is going to be an EXTRAVAGANZA. More details will be added later but here's the plan:
- spin-the-wheel discount game
- a chance to win a YEAR of audiobooks from Libro.FM
- free cake pops from Perfect P's Bakery
- author signing with local writers (see below)
- prizes hidden randomly in shopping bags throughout the day
- free make-your-own bookmarks craft for kids
- the debut of the 2025 indie bookstore maps
- new bookish merch like baseball caps
