Income Determination Training (Formerly 1st Thursday Training)
Income Determination training sessions, which are presented by the Department's Compliance Monitoring staff, focus on income eligibility requirements of the Department's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers; and all program contract administrators and subrecipients are invited to attend. This in-depth course covers:
- Income
- Assets
- Documenting household income
- Calculating annual income (bring a calculator!)
Please be aware that there is a high demand for this training. Please only register for this training if you are sure that you can attend. Approximately one week before the training, you will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number you entered as part of your registration as an attendee and asked to confirm your attendance. If a response to that confirmation request is not received timely, your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.
