This session is delivered as part of Healthy Working Life, a joint programme from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
Healthy Working Life supports the region’s ambition to build a healthier, more inclusive workforce by helping people stay in, or return to, good-quality employment.
Designed for managers and people professionals, this session focuses on strengthening inclusive recruitment practices. You’ll gain practical, HR-focused techniques to reduce unconscious bias in interviews and assessments, including the use of structured questions and fair assessment approaches. You’ll leave with ready-to-use tools, templates, and techniques that can be applied immediately within your recruitment processes.
This session will be delivered in one of the following West Yorkshire locations: Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, or Bradford. Venue details will be confirmed closer to the event, depending on attendance numbers.
