Background
Opening Doors is BITC's flagship inclusive recruitment campaign which calls on employers to change how they recruit to help make 2 million jobs more inclusive by 2025. In May, BITC launched the insights from our research project, "Opening Doors: What Works." This research aims to highlight effective strategies employers can adopt to support jobseekers from low socioeconomic backgrounds, especially those confronted with challenges related to race, age, and gender.
