About this Event
Join us for the Inclusive Reads Series!
This in-person book club event is dedicated to the exploration of The Resistance, Persistence, and Resilience of Black Families Raising Children with Autism -- a book co-authored by Black mothers of children diagnosed with autism.
Black families and healthcare providers will come together for an open and sincere dialogue about the struggles and accomplishments portrayed in this book. Not only will we delve into the book's content, but we are also excited to provide a space where you can connect, exchange stories, and strengthen relationships with each other!
This is the second session in a four-part series, hosted in partnership between CCHMC DDBP, Autism and We, and Our Tribe.
Food and childcare/behavior support for children up to 16 years of age will be made available for families. We look forward to seeing you there!
