About the speaker
Professor Rebecca Jones
Professor Rebecca J Jones PhD CPsychol is a Professor in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, a Chartered Psychologist and Co-Founder of the Inclusive Leadership Company. Rebecca is the author of the book ‘Coaching with Research in Mind’, host of the Coaching@Henley Podcast and has published her research in globally renowned journals.
Dr Priscila Pereira-Law
Dr Priscila Pereira-Law is Co-Founder of the Inclusive Leadership Company. She holds a PhD in Gender and Work-Life Performance, an MBA, MA in HRM, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She is also an ICF-accredited coach. Priscila has held various European and global leadership roles, such as Head of HR, Vice President of Learning and Development, and Head of Talent, Leadership, and Inclusion. She specialises in D&I diagnostics, strategy, and inclusive leadership development. Priscila is a leadership development practitioner, certified coach, and D&I consultant.
