Our two guest speakers from Nike bring extensive experience and strong backgrounds in recruitment. Matt Blach has eight years of experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, specializing in software engineering, creative design, product management, and early careers. He is dedicated to helping individuals land their dream jobs.
Ryan Farrow leads Disability Employee Experience at Nike, driving accessibility and inclusion. With a career dedicated to disability employment, he aims to reshape narratives by highlighting strength and contribution. He has also worked as a job coach, developer, consultant, and led CBRE’s Supported Employment Program.
