Venture capital investing shapes the future. For investors, it can create financial freedom. For founders, it fosters new innovation.
Yet most investors are white males, and most women-led companies receive less investment than their male counterparts. By creating forums to address these blind spots, we reinforce inclusion, strengthen teams and increase returns.
Inclusion through Investing Day is built around intimate networking sessions where forward-looking funds can recruit talent, share ideas, and connect with practical community initiatives related to diversity and inclusion.
Breakfast (8:30-10:00)
The day starts at Allas Sea Pool, where we will provide breakfast and shared taxis to the Slush venue. This is an intimate setting where you can meet people you will see at the other events throughout the day.

Slush Side Event #1 (12:00-15:00)
The Investing & Gender Inclusion Slush side event, hosted by the UN Women Finland, Inklusiiv, and the Finnish Business Angels Network, is devoted to answering the question "What Can Investors Do?"

Slush Side Event #2 (15:15-18:00)
The day concludes at "Fintech for Future," where our friends from Mastercard, OP Bank, SEB and Swedbank will host a session devoted to celebrating impact and fintech startups--with a special focus on the role that inclusion plays in both the investor and founder ecosystem.
