Care and learning is one and the same thing. Not only for children, but also for those that care and learn alongside them. We often focus on children, but what about us – the early childhood educators who work with these children? When we give each other what we are giving children then everyone succeeds, everyone is included.
We will reflect on what inclusion looks like for all of us, and focus on self -care so we can deliver compassion and kindness to those we work with – children and co-workers!
