Come join us for the First Annual Placer County Rib Cook-Off at the Placer County Fair. Sign your team up to compete against others for the People's Choice Award and Judges Award. Tickets for ribs are only available at the Cook-Off. The tasting kit is $10.00 and includes 5 tickets (1 ticket=1rib), one voting ticket, tasting boat.
