Jambalaya Fan Info:
-$5 admission will get you unlimited gumbo with four voting tickets for your favorite jambalaya(s)
-Cash or card at the Texas Beer Experience Tent
-Jambalaya will be ready at Noon
-Peoples Choice voting ends at 2:30
-Winners announced at 3PM
For our COMPETITORS:
-Registration fee is $25 per team
Jambalaya Preparation
-Must be cooked on site
-Jambalaya must be prepared using propane or charcoal grill. No open fires allowed
-Jambalaya must be cooked all the way through prior to serving
-Set-up begins at 7 am
-Jambalaya must be ready for serving and judging at noon
-People Choice and Judges Choice will be announced at 3PM.
-Teams must provide their own tents, cooking supplies, chairs and anything else that will make your day enjoyable
-Your gracious hosts will provide tasting cups and spoons
