About this Event
Atlanta Southwest is celebrating unsung heroes and giving flowers to those who have aspired to make Greater Southwest Atlanta a better place to live, work, and play. Many of these individuals work without recognition or pay and believe they want to improve their community. As a collective, we take these things for granted, and we believe everyone deserves recognition and thank you. The Community Impact Awards considers community leadership, activism, and the creation of initiatives, organizations, and projects.
This event celebrates those individuals and their commitment to doing the work! Many talk about the need to do it, and we honor those who do it! Our annual meeting and appreciation for partners and sponsors occur the same evening. Bring your business cards and marketing materials, and come dressed in your red, blue, green, and gold to celebrate the holidays and Atlanta Southwest!
The Atlanta Southwest Community Appreciation initiative has many components: Law Enforcement Appreciation, Youth Achievement, MARTA Operators, and EMT/911/Fire. Throughout 2025, join Atlanta Southwest as we celebrate those who make it a great region!
