IN-TO-ME-SEE: An Intimacy & Art Workshop

In-To-Me-See, a term used by Dr. Spirit.

To be intimate, is to be seen, is to be known, is to be safe in that knowingness.

In this workshop, we will be holding space for one another through the eye gaze exercises and a one-liner drawing technique with a dry medium of choice. Eye gaze exercises encourages participant to develop empathy, connection and being present with their paired partner in a safe and loving enviroment.

You will be practiced as a pair, however, showing up solo is encouraged, couples or groups are welcome. For all level of experiences/skills. Art Supplies included
