The countdown begins. In The Spirit Entertainment, LLC and Foundation, Inc is proud to announce that all of its artists have been selected for this years Houston Lit.

And this year, is an AMAZING showcase of some extraordinary talent. Poets and vocalist from Dallas, California, New Orleans, Houston will be competing at this 2nd Annual Houston Lit 🔥.

In The Spirit Ent is awarding a $500 cash prize ($250 Each) to the top scoring poet and top scoring singer/artists. This event format is Part Poetry Slam, Part AGT, and 100% Entertainment.

Gone are the days when artists are asked to pat 100s of dollars to perform to an empty room. Houston Lit Provides artists a professional platform and they pay a mere $15 for a chance to win cash. Plus it’s an incredible opportunity to showcase their music and professional to an audience that includes Recording Academy members, promoters, industry professionals and other artists seeking collaboration.

Poets compete with other poets & Singers compete with orher singers simultaneously creating a unique event that becomes more of showcase than competition.

This event has everything Gospel, RnB, Spokenword, Classic Rock to Hip Hop
