Wishing you all a happy holidays and something to look forward too, it’s an “In the Ring", New Year’s Day Working Equitation Play Day! Do you want an excuse to go to bed early on New Year’s Eve? Want to knock off some dust and school a full Working Equitation course? Do you want to come and just see what your horse thinks of our Daisy "the Bull”? Well, we have you covered.
We will be hosting another Play day for current 2025 Members. All riders MUST be members in good standing. Complete your membership forms using our brand new DIGITAL FORMS and submit your forms and e-transfer your payment to [email protected]).
We will provide you with:
- A WE course map at sign-up,
- an hour long access to the arena from 11:00 - 4:00,
- maximum group sizes of 4,
- hot and cold refreshments,
- goodies (equine and human appropriate) and
- a course setter for your riding joy.
All levels from "in-hand" to Masters are welcome and will be grouped appropriately. Course walks will be available as part of the set-up starting at a very civilized hour of 9:30. Or walk the course as part of your warm up in your hour.
Sign up is easy. Send an Email to [email protected] with the following info:
- Your name,
- WE level of skill (In-hand, Intro, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Masters),
- Preferred time to ride, and
- Any one you are sharing a trailer/friends you want to be with.
Cost is by a minimum donation of $25.
Volunteers are greatly needed for:
- course set-up,
- course re-setting,
- assistance with forms,
- refreshment station tending and,
- course take down.

Have plans the night before and don’t want to ride? Come down to just socialize/volunteer, watch and learn more about the sport. Refreshment station for non-riders will be by donation. Our super cool MES stickers will be available for purchase too.
