About this Event
Even on the darkest night of the year, we still find light.
Standing on firm ground, we seek the light, we see the stars, we find the courage to hope, to wish and to dream.
Led by Fr. Timothy Armbruster
The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year and the earth lies fallow. We are drawn naturally into contemplation. At the Renewal Center, we mark the Winter Solstice with a time of slow, quiet reflection and fellowship.
Coming as it does at this hectic time of year, our annual Winter Solstice celebration has become one of the Renewal Center’s most anticipated events. Come for an evening of renewal.
Our gathering this evening will once again include a contemplative walk to the Reconciliation Labyrinth with luminaries to light the way. We will conclude with a simple supper and fellowship.
