Mr Frodo can still remember when his season 3 journey began, in the shire, in a small village
Buying Season 3? Want to get it straight to the table? Then this is the event for you!
When: Sunday December 7th
Location: The village is less than 1 hour from Chelmsford, Cambridge and Harlow. Great Sampford Village School, Finchingfield Road, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 2RL. There is ample parking at the venue. Note: this is connected to a school, so the entire site, including outside areas is non-smoking.
Timings: 9am Registration , 9.30 Game 1, 12 Lunch, 12.30 Game 2, 3.15pm Game 3 , 5.45 Awards

Food: there is no food available at the venue. You are advised to bring your own food and drink, which can be consumed in the hall.
Coach capacity: 30 coaches.
Scoring: Win: 20, Draw: 10, Lose: 1. Bonus points: 1 bonus point for each td scored. Tie breaks will be: Head to Head record, TDs scored, casualties caused and finally a single roll of a dice
Awards: Winner, Runner Up, Best Painted, Most TDs, Most Cas (only Cas that earn spp) ,
Rules: We will be using the Season 3 rule book. In the, unlikely, event that season 3 has not been released by this date, we will revert to the season 2 rules.
All season 3 rules will be in effect apart from any tournament scoring rules or exceptions below:
Teams: there will be no tiers. All teams will be built from one million gold coins (or whatever the basic team cost is in the season 3 rules). All inducements in Season 3 rules, Season 3 Spikes and any other official season 3 booklets will be acceptable. Extra rules published in White Dwarf will not be acceptable.
Skills: all teams may take five primary skills. Not doubles/secondary/ however season 3 describes skillls that are more expensive to take. No skill stacking is allowed, or any characteristic increases)

You need to bring: two copies of your team sheet, your team (fully painted teams only, minimum three colours., your dice, counters, pitch and loom bands or skill marker/bands to clearly represent extra skills.
