There is so much to prepare on the outside when looking forward to welcoming a child being born into the family. What is focused on inside though during those previous nine months until arrival into the physical world? This workshop is for preparing for living a life of well-being for you and your baby, beginning with the gestation journey. During this nourishing time we will take a look at relationship building with yourself and your baby during these nine months, and positive ways to nurture this aspect. This has not traditionally been a focus preceding the birth of a child.
This workshop will gently take you into further loving connection with yourself and your child, through the lens of Qigong (cultivation/skill of moving with Universal Life force energy - all the Universe is made of, including us:).
My intention is that this will enhance your pregnancy experience in a beautiful and life-giving way. We will explore the benefits of breathing well, awareness of energy within the whole body (and how you can work with this for your and your baby's/babies' benefit, realizing you have a choice in what energy you want to cultivate in this time and throughout life, relaxation techniques through breath and gentle Qigong movements, the energy of what we feed ourselves, and more. Qigong is a great way to learn more about us being self-empowered to choose how we want much of our thriving life to be...peaceful, fun, joyful, harmonious, relaxed. We have more choice than we may have been told. So come ready to relax, play with chi/energy, and learn how to enhance your energy field in life for yourself, your children and family, and the world.
