🌸 In Sync with Nature: The Art of Menstrual Leadership
A Two-Part Workshop Series for Women
Join us for part 2 of a two-part workshop series that invites women to remember what the natural world has always known — that wellbeing, vitality, harmony, and conscious power flourish when we live in rhythm with life itself.
Rooted in the principles of Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA), this series explores how the cycles of nature — the seasons, the moon, and the creative pulse of life — are mirrored within a woman’s body. As you learn to honor and align with these innate rhythms, you’ll awaken a deep source of inner power, purpose, and self-trust — the essence of Menstrual Leadership.
✨ Attendance at both workshops is encouraged for a complete journey, yet each one offers a full and enriching experience on its own.
🌺 Part 2: Embodying the Wisdom Within
In this second workshop, we journey deeper into the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle and the monthly mini-transformations they invite. Through a guided Womb Medicine Wheel experience, you’ll explore the unique rhythm, wisdom, and power each inner season holds — revealing how these cyclical energies express themselves through your body, emotions, and creative life.
Together, we will explore:
- The distinct gifts and energies that each inner season offers.
- The invitations and lessons that support the fullest expression of your radiance, creativity, and authentic power.
- The needs and longings within each season that call to be honored in order to restore balance and wholeness.
- The challenges and thresholds that must be met to access the deeper wisdom and transformation available within each phase.
We would like to invite you to register for In Sync with Nature: The Art of Menstrual Leadership — Part 1: Rooted Awareness, listed as a separate Eventbrite event taking place on Wednesday, October 29.
