In Store Yoga with our Ambassadors

Come meet our ambassadors and share this unique experience to flow in store. We look forward to building community on First Street.

Please bring your own mat. We will have a few loaners available just in case.

We promise to keep it fresh each month, but always all-levels and always fun.

Saturday classes at 9am will be with Marie Elaina Stewart-expect a yoga sculpt class, pilates/HIIT inspired.

Sunday classes at 10am will be with Irene Tracey-expect a slower flow focused on breathwork and alignment.
