Prepare for your busy week and treat yourself to an hour of self-care and mindfulness. Rachel will guide you through a series of poses to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, everyone is welcome to join us! Just bring a mat and water bottle (if you don't have a mat we will have a limited supply on hand for you to borrow)!
