The Lineup:
• Wanderlust Spirits, Helix 7 Vodka - Crafted in Reykjavík, Iceland with 7 times distilled winter wheat from Champagne. At its core, Vodka is known to be virtually tasteless, odorless, and clear. But Helix will make you understand just what "quality" means when it comes to vodka- subtle aromas of sweet cream, marzipan, and lemon zest with a soft and supple texture.
•Mars Shinshu Distillery, Iwai Japanese Whisky - At just over 2,600 feet, Mars Shinshu is Japan’s highest whisky distillery. The site was originally chosen for its cool temps, which slowed maturation, and the plentiful, soft, granite filtered snowmelt fed aquifers. Look for notes of pear, quince and hints of red fruits and vanilla.
• Fort Hamilton Double Barrel Bourbon Whiskey - Small-batch bourbon from New York State aged for 3+ years in char level 3 barrels. The perfect cocktail whiskey with aromas of cacao, cardamom, green peppercorn, and orange zes.t
• Pinhook Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey - Pinhook takes a vintage approach to whiskey by blending to highlight unique attributes of mature barrels and setting a proof where the blend drinks best. Like wine, every vintage is unique. The 2025 is abundant with sweet, honey roasted peanuts, fresh alfalfa hay, spiced, caramel and ripe bananas.
• Chairman's Reserve Original Spiced Rum - From St. Lucia Distillers, the island's last remaining distillery. Made from 100% molasses then aged 2–3 years in ex–bourbon barrels before local fruits and spices are added over an additional 6 months. A deliciously sweet and rich mouthfeel brimming with cinnamon and clove, with a bright citrus note.
