
About this Event
- Join paper artist Tiffany Budzisz at Woolly Bear Books and Gifts for a hands-on paper flower workshop!
- With guidance, you’ll build your flower step by step. (All materials provided.)
- Flowers can be made into magnets or brooches, whichever you prefer.
- Children aged five and up are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult. A simplified version of the activity is available upon request.

Tiffany Budzisz (b. 1979, Virginia, USA) is renowned for her intricate cut paper relief sculptures, a medium that involves meticulously cutting and layering paper to create detailed and mesmerizing compositions. Budzisz’s creations feature themes of flora and fauna that invite viewers to consider the deep connections between nature, humanity, and the cycles of life.
Budzisz earned a B.F.A. in Communication Arts & Design from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000. The artist’s work has been exhibited at UPMC Jameson Hospital in her solo show, “Hearts & Healing,” in collaboration with The Hoyt Arts Center. She has also participated in exhibitions with Boxheart Gallery, PxP Contemporary/Paradigm Gallery, Fe Gallery, Manifest Gallery, the Three Rivers Arts Festival, and the McNeese National Works on Paper Exhibition. Budzisz currently lives and works in Pittsburgh, PA.
