Let your fingers dance with thread and twine as we bring the craft back to witchcraft. In this heartful, hands-on workshop, we’ll make our own Witch’s Ladders—simple, powerful spell tools woven from charms, string, and sacred intention, as the golden light of the autumn equinox softens the air. With tea warmed and stories ready to spill, we bring the craft back to witchcraft—a slow, sacred weaving of intention knot by knot.
This is not a typical class—it’s a circle of hands and hearts, honoring the turning of the year and the balance of light and dark. We’ll begin with tale and tradition, and how this ancient craft connects us to the cycles of nature and the harvest’s gifts.
With storytelling as our guide, you’ll be gently led to create your own Witch’s Ladder—a tactile spell woven with meaning, memory, and magic, perfect for protection, gratitude, or new intentions as the seasons shift.
Together, we will:
Share old tales of the witch’s ladder and its curious origins
Reflect on the symbolism of knots, feathers, and charms aligned with autumn’s magic
Material symbolism and charm selection
Knot magic and enchanting techniques
Ideas for ladders devoted to protection, manifestation, or deity work
Craft slowly and intuitively, letting your spell take shape through the act of making
Bless our work with intention, honoring the balance of light and dark, harvest abundance, and personal transformation
This is a space for connection, slowness, and deep presence. No lectures, no pressure—just story, spellwork, and shared sacred craft beneath the turning sun.
All supplies provided but please feel free to bring your own feathers, bones, and charms to weave into your ladder if you’d like. This is a class for everyone so come as you are. Leave with magic in your hands.

Mclean has had a lifelong passion for helping others embrace and utilize their own magic, even on the most mundane days. As a certified master herbalist, crystal healer, spiritual coach, birth and postpartum doula, reiki master, and practiced tarot and oracle reader, she offers support for all aspects of being human. Bringing that witch in the woods who gives you a magic potion vibes, Mclean is here to help you with spells, tinctures, trinkets and tools to help you build your own thriving, magical life. She has been working with the mystical and magical for over 20 years and continually implements metaphysical and spiritual practices into as many places as possible within everyday life. Mclean loves to support humans in an all inclusive, whole being way.
Along with many certifications, she loves to continue to expand on her spiritual knowledge. Her studies have included energy work, crystals, spell work, herbal astrology, working with the phases of the moon, LOA, and so much more.
