•You want to bring something up that bothers you, but you’re afraid it might push the other person away.
•You’d like to learn how to ask for what you need, without guilt or fear.
🌈🌈 After the training, you will:
•Experience what it’s like to have space to express yourself — without interruptions, advice, or evaluations.
•Know how to connect with your feelings and your deeper needs.
•Feel more comfortable expressing what really matters to you, in a way that’s satisfying for you and more likely to be heard without being taken as criticism.
•Have the words to ask for what you need clearly and honestly, without fear or guilt.
