About this Event
Across California, there is an increased focus on serving individuals experiencing homelessness with serious mental illness (SMI) and/or substance use disorders (SUD). This has been accompanied by an increase in funding at the state-level for this population. This summit will focus on new behavioral health funding avaliable to individuals experiencing homelessness in California. We will have discussions about the complexity of serving this population and strategies for impactfully using this funding.
We will be meeting in-person on January 30, 2025 in Fairfield, CA.
Since 2004, the Homebase Peer Communities Team has believed there is something special about creating opportunities for peers to discuss complex ideas. These conversations can be even more powerful when they happen in-person. This event will include plenty of opportunities to meet and learn from individuals working to address homelessness from other communities.
Thank you to our partners with the Solano Continuum of Care, for hosting this event and helping plan the agenda. We are so grateful for your leadership in this space!
