Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome to join us for sitting meditation. The session will include sitting and walking meditation, and a post-meditation discussion.
Chairs and cushions are provided. A dana (offering) of $5 is requested to help defray the cost of space rental. The first session will be on September 16, 2024, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. It will be held at the Lotus Blossom Clinic.
