💜Heart Chakra Balancing Circle
February invites us to turn inward and tend to the heart — not by pushing it open, but by bringing it back into balance.
This month’s Sistership Circle is a Heart Chakra Balancing Circle, gently guided through heart-brain coherence, embodied practices, and sacred ritual. Rather than fixing or releasing, we will focus on restoring rhythm, safety and sovereignty within the heart.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to hold compassion with boundaries, to listen to the wisdom of the heart without self-abandonment, and to allow the nervous system to support deeper connection.
The evening will include:
- Guided HeartMath®-inspired coherence practices
- Gentle grounding and heart-centered embodiment
- Sound bowl integration for nervous system regulation
- A choice-based heart ritual using crystals, reflection, or breath
- Spacious sharing in a supportive sisterhood container
Each circle is designed to feel familiar yet fresh — honoring our shared rhythm while offering a new way to connect with yourself and one another.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, and allow your heart to be held. You are welcome to come exactly as you are. All materials will be provided.
If you feel called, you’re welcome to bring a small object that represents what nourishes your heart. This is entirely optional.
