Who this In Person Event is for:
Ages 4-12. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome but may find the event to be less meaningful and fulfilling.
What you’ll be doing:
Everyone loves their pet and wants to take the best care of them. Children will learn about the benefits of pet ownership and ways Lifecare Alliance’s Meals-on-Wheels and Senior PetCare programs help support members of our community. We will be touring Lifecare Alliance’s facility, making pet toys, bagging pet food, and other activities to support Senior PetCare clients.
Children will purchase and/or conduct a donation drive to collect pet food before the event. We will provide a donation flyer in your confirmation email, use it if desired! At this time LifeCare Alliance’s biggest need is wet cat food.
Specific Instructions:
All supplies will be provided. If you are participating in the donation drive, please bring all collected pet food. Open bags of food are accepted.
