We will be meeting at the main upper, Snoqualmie Falls lookout at 9am and go through some instruction. I will teach about settings for long exposures to make silky smooth waters, we will talk about compositions, focal ranges and more. After photographing from both overlooks, we will then head down to the lower falls viewpoint for more compositions of the falls and river. If we have time, we will head over to Borst Lake to photograph the lake and the view of Mt. Si.A tripod is required for this workshop. You cannot do long exposures without it. Extra gear if you have it: polarizer filter, ND (Solid Neutral Density) Filters, and/or GND (Graduated Neutral Density Filters). I will send out a full list of gear when I receive your registration! My workshops are always low key, friendly and completely encouraging! This is a great way to learn a new photography skill or to practice an old one! This workshop will be limited to 6 people so that I can work one on one with each of you!
After the workshop, we will follow up with a zoom call to go over photos we took, ask questions, get feedback and gentle critiques if you would like!
