The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course schedule consists of one orientation class (1 hour), eight weekly classes (2.5-3 hours), and one daylong retreat on a Saturday or Sunday (6.5 hours). This highly participatory, practical course includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching and mindful yoga, group dialogue and discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life, and daily home assignments.

Access to downloadable audio recordings of meditation and mindfulness exercises is included in your registration fee, for your use in practicing outside of class.
