Everyone is welcome - experienced meditators and those curious to try a gong bath for the first time. The beauty of a gong bath meditation is that anyone can enjoy it, no experience necessary. (Please see note below about circumstances where gong baths might not be suitable).

Here are a few suggestions for what to bring:

• Something to lie on, such as a yoga mat

• A blanket or warm jumper

• A pillow for your head

• Something to cover your eyes with

Spots are very limited so grab yours now! Social distancing guidelines will be observed, so you'll have plenty of space to yourself while being close to the gong for maximum vibrational effect.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.

Who will be leading the session?

This session will be led by Pablo Hernandez Urzola. After 15 years in a stressful corporate job, Pablo’s life changed in Bali with his first gong bath. He was floating, had visions, lost all perceptions of space and time. Back in London he became a gong bath ‘groupie’, but his work life was becoming so stressful he was reaching breaking point. He then discovered Sound Therapy and underwent treatment. Starting to work with Sound helped Pablo to rebalance, take care of himself, and improved his productivity, relationships, and his whole outlook. Friends soon noticed and said, 'Give us the trick!’ So three Sound Therapy courses later, he launched his own Sound Therapy practice to help others find the positivity he did.

Where else can I experience gong baths?

GONG also offers a daily schedule of virtual gong baths via Zoom as well as private sessions for teams. You can learn more about at www.aboutgong.com, say hi on Instagram at www.instagram.com/gongstories.
