"Family constellation" is an incredible holistic tool to help us identify our entanglements from different perspective, and to release the patterns that hold us back in life. Through freeing ourselves, we embrace our true self (soul) to live.The Family Constellation process can be applied to any relationship in one's life (self, family, career, ancestor, etc), to reveal the emotions, thoughts and beliefs, and support you in connecting with life more fully.
In this workshop, we will begin with an introduction, followed by exercise, meditation and 1-2 case spots.
