Trainer Information:
Depuis 10 ans, Nadine Gaudin propose des formations sur le leadership, l'encouragement et le développement des softskills. Nadine est aussi intervenante pour Sciences Po Executive Education à travers des formations de leadership destinées aux cadres et aux dirigeants. Elle a exercé 15 ans comme professeur des écoles. Depuis 2014, son organisme de formation Connectivité a formé des milliers dde personnes, principalement en France mais également dans plus de 20 pays (de la Chine au Pérou en passant par l'Islande, la Suisse, l'Égypte, etc.). Nadine a mené un projet pour l'académie d'Amiens pendant 6 ans (plus de 2 000 personnes formées dans tous les corps de métiers). Elle assure un suivi de ces formations en se déplaçant sur le terrain pour accompagner la mise en œuvre.
Enfin, elle exerce des responsabilités dans plusieurs associations œuvrant pour l'éducation et participe au comité exécutif d'une fondation qui sélectionne des associations dans ce domaine.
Workshop Description:
This three-day workshop developed by Jane Nelsen and Dina Emser, is designed to provide a step-by-step approach to help business professionals understand how to create a culture of mutual respect in the workplace. This program stands alone or offers significant enhancement to other leadership programs; it emphasizes experiential activities based on Positive Discipline principles and tools to inspire deeper understanding and change. Participants say that the Team Problem Solving Steps and the Team Meeting process provide fun and effective ways for them to get specific help with real opportunities and challenges at work.
Attendees will earn recognition as Certified Empowering People in the Workplace Facilitators.
Participant will learn to:
1. Deepen understanding of how Alfred Adler’s principles present a timely, holistic model for businesses.
2. Deepen understanding of Top Card with a focus on strengths, and learn how to use many other Positive Discipline tools in workplace situations.
3. Delve into childhood memories to discover how you formed some of your beliefs.
4. Participate in experiential activities for better understanding of how to be encouraging to yourself and others.
5. Learn how to facilitate the Team Problem Solving Steps (that are so effective in families, classrooms, and marriages), are also fun and effective in businesses.
6. Learn how the Team Meeting process can effectively solve problems and create connection.
7. Learn ways to use empowering methods of communication to promote a respectful, highly productive workplace environment.
