Each month, we will focus on a different topic aimed at giving you practical information, tools, and techniques that you can use in your day-to-day life to help you manage your own energy as well as the energy of the world around you. You will leave with usable tools and possibly even homework so that you can continue to your efforts started in class. Learning how to use these tools will enable and empower you to be your best Empathic self. Towards the end of the meeting, we will open the discussion up to general Empath-related topics or questions.Monthly topics will come from my decade-plus of research and hands-on in-the-field use of various tools and techniques as well as from books such as (but not limited to):
· The Vital Empath by Valerie Lofaso
· The Empath Survivors Guide by Judith Orloff
· Boundary Boss by Terri Cole
· The Four Agreements by don Miguel Ruiz
· Ask Your Guides by Sonia Choquette
Please note that you do not need to read the books to be a part of the discussion!
