Join us for this unique Wine and Cheese Pairing Workshop experience where you will be guided through curated tastings that will not only expand your wine knowledge but also awaken and calibrate your palate as you embark on this life long adventure with wine!
Whether you consider yourself a self-proclaimed wine aficionado, or just have a general love and appreciation for it, you will be sure to leave this class on a good note! Learn from a certified cheese & wine expert on how different cheeses are made, pairing with your favorite foods, the difference of aging vs. crystallization, and different sources of cheeses. If you are a lover of wine & cheese this is the experience for you!
From learning how to speak like a Sommelier to discovering the world of wines, you will be enlightened on the differences in history, wine regions, tasting techniques, flavor profiles, grape characteristics, pairings, and everyday practical wine tips.
No experience is required! We provide all the wine, equipment, and materials. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. 21+ only.
