Both beginners and wine connoisseurs alike are welcome as all will leave this class having learned how wine is produced, the rituals involved in wine service at a restaurant, what you actually enjoy in wine, and an appreciation for wine as a part of a meal. Guided by our expert Sommelier, you will taste and contrast six different wines. There will be a sparkling wine, an unoaked white, an oaked white, and 3 reds of different styles for you to taste.

From deciphering flavor profiles to understanding grape characteristics, you'll gain invaluable insights into the fascinating realm of wine. No experience is required! We provide all the wine, equipment, and materials. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. 21+ only.
