Done right, these pillow-soft dumplings melt in your mouth and vanish right off the plate.
In this fun and engaging class, you will learn to master the technique of making a classic potato gnocchi dough recipe from scratch. The gnocchi will be accompanied with two easy and seasonal sauces: mushroom sauce and an herb and garlic butter sauce. Chef Diego will provide tips to give your gnocchi that special, professional-level touch that will surprise your family and friends at your next dinner party. At the end of class, you will sit down to enjoy your handmade gnocchi paired with each type of sauce.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Diego's apartment. He is maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable. Guests are welcome to BYOB.
