About this Event
Join us in this fun and engaging class, where you will learn how to make Italian fresh pasta from scratch. Using just the basic ingredients of flour, eggs, and salt you will make and knead your own pasta dough. Roll out and cut the dough to form fettuccine or pappardelle pasta. Chef Diego will provide tips to give your pasta that special, professional-level touch that will surprise your family and friends at your next dinner party. At the end of class, you will sit down to enjoy eating your handmade pasta with fresh tomato sauce to enhance the flavor of your noodles.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Diego's apartment. He is maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable. Guests are welcome to BYOB.
