About this Event
Together we will drop in with a heart-opening cacao circle + light meditation and then relax into a sound journey with Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments of transformation.
Cacao has been used as a ceremonial plant medicine for thousands of years as it dates back to the ancient Aztec and Mayan civilizations. It's considered a heart opener and is often known as the medicine of love. Ceremonial cacao is a powerful catalyst for all types of inner work. You won’t have a psychedelic or hallucinogenic experience. However, you may feel heightened within the physical and emotional body, including your awareness of your deepest sense of self and to your heart. You may feel expansive, blissful, connected to spirit, self, and/or others, inspired, connected to your intuition & vision, or grounded.
Sound baths take you on a journey that offers support healing on a cellular, emotional, and energetic level, facilitating a nervous system reset and bringing the mind into peace and harmony.
