Join us as we connect to Mother Earth through the power of the breath. Together we will seek guidance, connection, and healing.

Join us as we connect to Mother Earth through the power of the breath.

Whether you are seeking connection, guidance, or wanting to offer gratitude, Mother Earth is always avaialble to connect with us.

We will start with setting intentions (these can be shared or kept privatly). We will then open with a brief invocation to invite Mother Earth into the space. We will then practice a breif meditation to begin tuning into her energy and love. We will then begin the breathwork and end with rest and regrounding.
