About this Event

Important things to know before you register:

This registration is for the full in-person series, held on Tuesdays, March 24, 31, April 7, 14, 21, and 28.

This class series is for people who have recently given birth and have a newborn between 1 and 4 months old.
Class takes place at Vanderbilt Birth Center

Thrive will help you find your footing as a new parent. It will also help you confidently take one step at a time as you learn about your new role.

Each class addresses a specific topic. Guest speakers with professional experience on certain topics appear for certain weeks.

The Thrive class:

Provides an opportunity for you to deeply connect with other new moms
Helps you discover the new aspects of yourself as a mother
Helps you develop the tools you need to care for your family
Helps you find balance in the “new normal.”
