Our Saturday Ritual is now hybrid! If you are in Miami join us in our new shala at Miami Yoga Garage or If you are anywhere else in the world you can practice with us online!
Miami Life Center Teachers will be alternating to guide you in the traditional Primary Series! This Saturday Kino MacGregor will be leading the class and talk!
Experience the integrity of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method in this expertly sequenced class designed to bring health and vitality to your life. This Sanskrit-counted class is ideal for the practitioner who has some previous experience. If you are newer to yoga, you are welcome to join and try the postures that are accessible to you!
Keep the momentum of your practice up by drawing on the energy of our community and Kino's expert guidance. After practice, we will have a talk on yoga and Kino will wrap up by taking some of your questions!
