Please join Sound Healer/Reiki Master Susy Markoe Schieffelin for a very special sunset Sound Bath on Venice Beach in honor of the Aquarius FulI Moon!

The Full Moon serves as an opportunity to reflect, release, and illuminate ourselves. It is a powerful time to create positive change in our lives. Just as we look up and see the brightness of the moon in the night sky, this time of the month is when we are asked to shine light on ourselves and determine where we are at, what we are ready to let go of, and what intentions we would like to set for the future.
Wear your favorite mask, bring a towel, cozy blanket and your favorite crystals to charge, then prepare to lie back, relax, as experience a new level of serenity as you embark on an IN PERSON Sound Meditation Journey. Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote deep rest and relaxation.
**Please bring a towel or blanket to lie on.**
**Please bring your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged**
**Be sure to bring a sweatshirt and extra blanket in case it gets chilly at sunset**
**For sanitary reasons eye pillows will not be provided for this event - you are invited to bring your own eye pillow or eye mask**
**We are excited to be back together in person!! That being said, staying healthy and mitigating the risk of contracting COVID-19 will require your help!! By RSVPing to this event you acknowledge that you are attending this in person event at your own risk. Your RSVP also acknowledges that you are currently healthy and agree to protect yourself and exercise social responsibility prior to and for the duration of the event. Please wear a mask and maintain at least six (6) feet social distancing from others when possible.
