IN-PERSON & Virtual Nature Infused YogaDecember 21 @ 9:30 am - 10:45 am
Led by Kristin Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided.) Registration is required. There will be no classes 11/30/24.
Ticket sales end at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate.
We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket.
Course will be outside or inside depending on the weather.
COST: $15 members, $19 nonmembers.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please bring your own yoga equipment for the in-person class if you have it. Equipment will be available to borrow.
