This course introduces Agents, Brokers, Realtors and non Realtors to the GAR Contract Forms including the Purchase & Sale Agreement, commonly used Exhibits and Amendments. This class consists of the following:

• A review of the GAR Contract
• A notation of the 2025 contract forms differences from 2023 forms
• A discussion of the various forms available for agents to use in various contractual situations.
• A discussion of the general rules / guidelines / practices / requirements for proper completion of contracts and agreements on behalf of Buyers and Sellers.
• A discussion of the financing contingency exhibits & most commonly used exhibits & forms
• A discussion of the handling of Earnest Money and the disbursement of Earnest Money upon termination of a contract.
