Good Afternoon Everyone,I would like to take a moment to remember my dear friend, Joshua “Josh” Ponte from Fall River — a truly kind-hearted, honest, and helpful soul who sadly passed away in a road accident.
Josh’s kindness touched so many people in our community. He was always ready to help, whether through his honest advice, lending a hand, or simply being there for others. Personally, when I moved to Fall River from New York City, Josh was one of the first to welcome me. He guided me, supported me, and even painted my entire Monalessa’s Kitchen restaurant — refusing any payment. He also joined me in social work campaigns, giving his time for others without hesitation.
The Fall River community deeply feels his loss, but his legacy of kindness lives on in our hearts.
� To honor Josh’s memory, Monalessa’s Kitchen (Fall River) will host a Buffet-Style Lunch & Dinner Fundraiser on October 7, 2025.
� Tickets: $40 per person
� Guests can enjoy as much as they like from our buffet.
� 100% of proceeds will be donated to children in need.
We warmly invite the community to join us, celebrate Josh’s life, and continue the good work he always believed in.
