This is going to be a 3 person team event, we will pick the teams randomly, that will include the 3000 step-ups and some other fun games throughout the event. This event will be based on a point system that will include the fun games as well as some fitness tasks. Our in-house comp is designed to allow EVERYONE to be able to participate and possibly win regardless of fitness level.
