In this fun and interactive class, you will learn to make a trio of Italian Desserts including a Red Wine Poached Peach with Minted Limoncello Cream-This Italian inspired dessert is deceptively simple and can be served warm or chilled, Zabaglione with Summer Berries-Juicy, sun-ripe berries nestled between a bed of luscious egg cream. Perfection! You will want to make this for your friends and
family over and over until the summer fruits run out and a Perfect Pistachio Chocolate Biscotti-Homemade crispy, crunchy, twice baked biscotti cookies with nutty pistachios and chocolate!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
