About this Event
Celebrate your growing body and honor your birthing journey in this intimate prenatal belly cast workshop designed for mothers and birthing people. This 2-hour morning session invites you and a partner to co-create a beautiful keepsake—a 3D plaster cast of your pregnant belly, capturing this sacred moment in time. Guests will be provided with all supplies for each step of the process. With guided instruction, participants will leave with a finished belly cast that can be painted or decorated at a later time. Following the casting session, the group will transition into a gentle prenatal yoga experience, offering time to ground, stretch, and connect with your breath and baby in community.
Please note:
- A partner must accompany each expecting parent to assist in creating the cast. This can be any friend or family member
- Participants must be able to stand comfortably for approximately 15 minutes.
- Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy. Wearing a sports bra or belly shirt during the casting session works well.
This is more than a workshop—it’s a celebration of you, your body, and your journey into parenthood. Space is limited to keep the experience personal and safe.
